Why do bad things happen to good people? I had heard this question before in debate, but now it was personal. You’re probably familiar with August 23, the day Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans. I just finished bible school and moved back from Dallas to New Orleans. Then tragedy hit me like a ton of bricks. 3 weeks later, a category 5 storm; the worst in U.S. history had completely destroyed my city.
